The full story
A group of friends decided to turn their passion into a business, and they set to work creating a menu that showcased their unique blend of flavours and cooking techniques.
Humble Beginings
They purchased a small trailer and outfitted it with everything they needed to cook their signature dishes on the go. They also invested in high-quality ingredients and locally sourced meats to ensure the freshest and most delicious meals possible. Their first event was a neighbourhood block party, and it was an instant success.
Regrettably, the company had to be shut down after a 20-year period of excellent commerce was interrupted by the retirement of one of the partners. Today, the sons of both creators have desired to continue the work that their parents started. Combining classic recipes with contemporary cooking methods. It has allowed them to establish a successful business since 2002.
